This is the NEW Hauppauge Colossus PCI-x1 HD PVR. It was just released. I haven't seen any kind of unboxing or review for this product yet so I decided to do one. You can use this card in any PC with an available PCI x1 card slot. But be sure to check minimum requirements on the website first. Records HD videos up to 1080i. This DOES include 720p. Also records in Digital Audio via the SPDIF (Optical) In/Out port. Includes Hauppauge's WinTV v7 TV application for automatic recording of TV programs from cable or satellite set top boxes. MSRP: 9.00 *Note that the HDMI only allows recording from UN-ENCRYPTED sources. Most Satellite TV receivers do not support un-encrypted HDMI. Which Is kinda the point of HDMI in the first place. But if you have an XBOX this should work just fine. I will definitely be testing it out anyways. I do not have an HDMI DVD / Blu-Ray player, so I cannot test that out, Sorry. Any Questions, just ask!
